Etna DOP red

Brilliant ruby red color, it is characterized by an olfactory vivacity and an harmonious structure. The delicate aromas are those of berries and sourcherry. The flavor is fruity and full-bodied, with a great freshness. At tasting structure and balance are perceived, characteristics that make it pleasant and unique.

RAMPANTE

Etna DOP red

Brilliant ruby red color, the nose has a pleasant scent of wild berries and a hint of dried fruit. The taste is persistent and full bodied, with nice balsamic notes that blends in with a bouquet of jammy berries and spices. The tannins are powerful but elegant, typical of aged wines. Excellent persistence and distinct softness.

Sparkling Brut Rose Classic Method VSQ

The color is pale pink, with hints of peach that enhance the brilliance. The nose is fresh with hints of fruit, bread crust, slightly spicy. The palate is dry, full and harmonious flavor.

Sparkling Brut Blanc Classic Method VSQ

The color is pale yellow with golden reflections. The nose has a fresh floral scent with a slight hint of crust bread.In mouth is dry, balanced and harmonious flavor.

  • Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C. The product remains on the lees for at least 20/36 months before being disgorged.
